Rose Drummond is a self taught Pacific Northwest artist paying homage to the power and rawness of the Divine Feminine. Deeply rooted in emerging Goddess culture, she calls on myth, symbols, nature, and the seasons to influence the deities she creates. Her mission is to help all beings live in a more connected way to the Earth and her cycles. Through her art she strives to re-imagine our culture as one that values the divinity of the Earth, and therefore, the divinity of all female/feminine creatures living upon it. She hopes to heal her own trauma, and that of other’s with a portrayal of an untouched and ultimately powerful Goddess. Rose’s pieces are made up mostly of tiny crosshatched lines, making each a deliberate and focused meditation.
