Valley Piggery is a pig farm and catering operation located in the Santa Ynez Valley. All of their pigs are raised outdoors in wooded arroyos and green pastures on a 1600-acre ranch outside of Los Alamos. For their catering needs, Valley Piggery uses it’s own locally and sustainably raised pork, in addition to produce from Valley farmers such as Roots Farm, Finley Farms, and The Garden Of.

Autostrada is a mobile wood fired pizza catering company based of out Santa Ynez Valley. They are dedicated to using naturally leavened dough that has been fermented for a minimum of 48 hours, mozzarella hand pulled from fresh cheese curds, and ingredients exclusively sourced from nearby organic farmers and artisans. Their pizzas are baked at 900 degrees out of their custom built, bright green mobile wood fired oven, which travels all over the Santa Ynez Valley and beyond.
