Mikey Pauker is a Folk/World artist, songwriter, producer and ritualist hailing from Oakland, CA. His music, written in Hebrew, English and Sanskrit and described as “Medicine Music,” is inspired by mystical teachings and spiritual experiences and connects to people from all faiths. Pauker has gained a significant following all over the world due to the publishing of his songs, features in TIME Magazine, NPR, Examiner, Zimbio, Artist Direct and also his music being played on KROQ and WFUV Radio. Mikey has shared the stage with artists such as Matisyahu, Trevor Hall, MC Yogi, Mike Love, Ayla Nereo, Shaman’s Dream, Tubby Love, Yo La Tengo, The Local Natives, Tina Malia, The Shook Twins, and Jah Levi.
Some of his performance highlights include opening for Mike Love at UNIFY Fest in Santa Fe, SXSW Music Festival w/ Kosha Dillz and Sir The Baptist, Co-headlining Mystic Rising and Ecstatic Fest, Flow Fest on the Big Island of Hawaii, Bhakti Fest, Blessed Coast w/ Trevor Hall, Burning Man and Chant4Change on the steps on the Lincoln memorial w/ MC Yogi and Ajeet Kaur. Mikey is currently on his Everything is Sacred Tour performing on the Big Island and Maui at Flow Fest and Mystic Flow Fest, amongst others.
Mikey is currently raising money via KickStarter to produce his next album. Contributors will be joining a movement that values the power of prayer and intention as being just as powerful as any form of activism.
