Learn the fundamentals of boxing: proper stance and arm/hand placement for effective blocking, slipping, ducking, striking and counter-punching; defensive movement; shadow boxing; guardianship philosophy.

Come prepared to learn and sweat. Cardio workout designed around the basic fundamentals of boxing, with the intention to get the blood, air, and sweat circulating. If you are missing your regular workout routines while at the festival, come join us for a fun and effective way to condition your body.
