Jaraneh Nova

Jaraneh Nova is a vocalist, songwriter and musician who creates through the lens of her Native American Ancestry. Using music, art and multimedia, she creates contemporary ceremony that educates, uplifts and inspires her audiences. A desert child of Apache ancestry, she shares and transmits her unique experiences of deep spiritual earth connection in this modern world. A constant voice for the rights of Mother Earth and the Natural world, her offerings leave you feeling more connected, alive and optimistic about the power of human prayer and consciousness and our ability to usher in a new age of grace, peace and love. Her music weaves native american elements with modern sound and story.

    The Native Song Circle is a journey into the past, present and future of Native American realities. Native American Stories and teachings are woven with original prayer songs that invite the listener to sing and pray along. The entire experience is layered over a soundscape often compared to Bufffy St. Marie, R. Carlos Nakai and Robbie Robertson.

  • Earth Protectors: Native Kids Music Circle

    60 min | Family Garden

    A joyous offering of the children's program: Earth Protectors: Native Kids Music Circle. This is a educational workshop that connects children to the earth through native ways, music and play. They learn songs in Lakota, Chumash, Cherokee and Navajo. They learn to play percussive instruments, pray in a native way and to honor mother earth and this whole creation.

  • Live Tribaltronica

    60 min | Family Garden

    Jaraneh's live music/EDM has earned the title: Tribaltronica. This is her original music that follows Native American teachings, poetry and themes, played over beautiful danceable backtracks with delicious bass and beats. Her live vocals, flute and guitar invite the listener to experience new dimensions of heart and prayer.
